Development Applications and Assessment

MG Planning has extensive experience in the preparation of statements of environmental effects to support development applications. We aim to ensure that the job of the development assessment officer is as easy as possible by providing high quality, comprehensive reports which help to secure development approval within the shortest possible time.

We have experience in preparing all types of development applications – from high rise apartments to residential golf course estates and from commercial office buildings to major recreation facilities.

Our skills also include the assessment of development applications and other planning projects for state and local government clients. Assessment work is generally undertaken where an independent assessment is required, where the particular agency either does not have the resources or the expertise to undertake the work, or to assist in clearing a backlog.
